Hi, I'm Dr Kate, an experienced Clinical Psychologist and CBT Therapist. I have over 16 years experience working in mental health, helping a wide range of people manage challenging emotions and life circumstances.
My core approach draws upon Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), providing an empathic, supportive and collaborative space to help people make sense of their difficulties and try out new ways of coping to get "unstuck".
I practice in an integrative way drawing on a range of effective approaches, tools and techniques to work with a wide range of mood difficulties, relationship, health and lifestyle issues. Your therapy will always be personalized to you.
I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the British Association of Cognitive Behavioural Therapists (BABCP).
