Hi, I'm Dr Kate, a Clinical Psychologist with over 17 years of experience. I specialise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and offer compassionate, personalised support for individuals facing emotional challenges, whether in their personal relationships or professional lives.
My core approach draws upon the structure, focus and evidence provided by CBT, to offer an empathic, supportive and collaborative space to help people make sense of their difficulties and try out new ways of coping to get "unstuck".
I practice in an integrative way drawing on a range of effective approaches, tools and techniques to work with a wide range of mood difficulties, relationship, health and lifestyle issues. Your therapy will always be personalized to you.
